Job Title : Admission Officer/Manager

Employment Type : Full Time

Salary : Negotiable

Academic Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.

Key Responsibilities :

Deal effectively with new and existing clients
Provide correct and complete information to the client
Communicate effectively with clients and Admission Manager in Australia
Collect, check, file and attach clients’ documents effectively and accurately
Prepare, check and lodge offer applications
Prepare, check and lodge Genuine Temporary Entrantdocuments
Edit clients’ submission including Statement of Purpose
Enter and maintain clients’ information in CRM system
Any other tasks the management will allocate to you time to time

Required Skills :

Excellent Communication skills
Excellent English language ability
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be outspoken and have the positive attitude
Outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality

Required Experiences :

3 to 5 years preferably in service industry visa application processing
